This site is dedicated to my writing and goal to help others who have had hidden battles whether that be mental health, substance abuse, trauma, or adversity.

My story is of the rise and fall that results in a coming to terms with the understanding that I cannot control my diagnosis, but I can control how I try to live and cope with it. It’s personal. It’s vulnerable. It’s terrifying to write and tell the world. Yet, I have shared my experience hoping I can help one person in a similar situation or even those who know someone going through this type of experience understand a little more. Please give me grace and as always remember to give yourself grace as well.
